Wes has always been patient with us. We just purchased an amazing river view property that he found for us. We just listed our house with Wes just because we know he will do the work! He has always emailed us listing we might be interested in and always checks in on us from time to time. Wes also is very involved in the local community which makes him more contacts for buyers and sellers alike. If you hire Wes as your realtor, you won't be sorry!

Wes was able to guide me through my first home-buying experience. While this experience was incredibly overwhelming, Wes was able to find and negotiate a price on a home that we could afford. Very good instincts during negotiations. Thorough and prepared.He knows the region well and has a lot of contacts with contractors, appraisers, bankers, etc. Good at taking the initiative when necessary and good at letting the buyer take the lead.

Wes worked so hard to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He was so patient with us as we thought we wanted to buy a home, then decided to buy land instead.
