Lauren was a pleasure to work with. She was full of information about what areas are more desirable than others, and potential pitfalls she has seen happen with buyers in areas that do not have any restrictions in place. We did not negotiate the sale price of the property we purchased, because the seller had priced it appropriately, and was willing to go above and beyond to help us with the transaction and beyond. She was responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
