Wade went above and beyond in every way, and he did it enthusiastically. Never felt like I was bothering him, never felt like I was out of line, he always answered the phone and seemed genuinely interested in helping in any way....And I put him through the ringer for sure these last few months, he earned his commission many times over, from knowledge, to responsiveness, to just being there at all hours, happily, he checks all the boxes. Super happy zillow paired me up with him, definitely a diamond in the rough, and I cant recomend him enough. My closing would never have happened without this dude.
