With the help of Jason and his team, we were able to purchase our dream home and sell our existing home over asking! Jason was easy to communicate with, readily available, highly professional, and personable. We were casually looking at homes for about a year when we toured one that we absolutely fell in love with. We gave Jason a call the next day and asked him how we could make this happen! Jason immediately put an action plan into place for us which included rushing our house to market. He gave us a detailed comps list of homes in the area so we were able to strategize our listing price that would solicitate interest as we were hoping for a quick sale. He was able to connect us with all the resources to get our home ready to sell including stagers, house cleaners, grout repair people, photographers, etc. He helped us know what to focus on to get the best return on our investment. In a few short weeks we had our house listed and received multiple offers over asking! We were able to negotiate and signed into contract. The whole process to closing was smooth and went off without a hitch. At the same time, the dream home we wanted went into contract with someone else. Luckily, Jason is very connected in the real estate community and knew the sellers realtor. YES!!! We trusted Jason Moon and his team to help us find a home after moving to the East Bay from Southern California. Jason is friendly, kind, down to earth, knowledgeable, and patient! After selling our last house at the beginning of COVID we were stuck in the era of crazy price increases and high bidding. It was a challenging time for home buyers.
