Victor is amazing to work with! He made the whole process of selling our house and buying a one so much easier than we expected. Super easy to reach, always kept us updated, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. We felt like he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, not just closing a deal. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor — highly recommend!

Victor is responsive and friendly. He has the knowledge and network to market a property and get the job done. On the other hand, I will only recommend Victor to experienced home buyers and sellers. As a first-time home seller, one may lack the knowledge and insights into the real estate business in Arizona. The client could use better guidance and more detailed advice and instructions. Victor didn't provide instructions or advice unless you asked, which may not be a bad thing if you are a deterministic client and has a strong viewpoint on the real estate business. In contrast, if it's your first time doing real estate buying or selling, it'd be so easy to make mistakes. You could get friendly and correct advice (of course!) on how you could have done things. Also, I believe that the communication between the agent and the title company could have been done better. During signing, two unexpected issues popped up that requested confirmation and adjustment. The issues were small that they didn't impact the closing at all, which was fortunate. Still, this is something to improve.

Victor was extremely helpful for my husband and I buying our first house together. He was so patient the entire time and worked with us through the process quickly and efficiently. He was very quick to book showings for different houses. We wanted to see and when we finally found our dream house, he made it happen so quick! He is professional but super personable and we couldn’t recommend him enough!

Our experience working with Victor is always wonderful. He has helped us buy 4 rental properties. He is knowledgeable, patient, hard working, and professional. We feel like he is just part of our family now. We would not call anyone else to help us!

Victor, Jessica and the rest of the team are beyond awesome! They took the time to listen, and found us a beautiful home! In a time when purchasing a home is difficult, they made it a pleasurable experience!
