Even after closing, she was still there to support us. What could have been a really stressful and overwhelming process ended up feeling smooth and manageable, all thanks to her. In the end, we found our dream home, and we’re so grateful to have had Vanessa by our side throughout the whole journey.

Vanessa recently helped us buy a new house and sell our old one. We have only good things to say about our experience! Vanessa is professional, knowledgeable, and well connected within the real estate business in the area. She is an excellent communicator—a great balance of direct and personable. She always kept things moving forward while considering the perspectives and needs of all parties involved. She let us know not just what she was saying to other agents but also *how* she was saying it. We also appreciated that Vanessa presented the details around every decision we had to make thoroughly and objectively. She offered guidance and advice when asked, but we never felt pressured to do anything we didn't want to do. Everything felt easy and smooth in both of our transactions. Vanessa provides a very personal experience and has been my go-to realtor for many years. She has helped me rent my townhouse several times. She also assisted with matters I couldn't handle when I wasn't in the area, as well as provide some great referrals.
