We worked with Theza Friedman from 2023 through August 2025, and we can confidently say she was exceptional every step of the way. Our home search was long, challenging, and at times emotionally draining—but Theza stayed right by our side, providing the steady guidance, patience, and professionalism we needed throughout the process. She showed us countless properties and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge of the market, her responsiveness, and her ability to really listen helped us stay grounded and focused—even when things got tough. One of the most pivotal moments in our journey came when we had to make the difficult decision to walk away from a contract in order to avoid what could have become a money pit & a major financial disaster. While we did the research and made the call ourselves, Theza supported us fully through the decision. She never tried to sway us one way or another, but instead respected our judgment and helped us navigate the situation with care and professionalism—including managing difficult conversations with the sellers and their attorneys. In the end, thanks to her persistence and support, we found a home we truly love and closed in Summer of 2025. Theza did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our family home. Her expertise in the area was instrumental in determining a competitive selling price and her respect for us as owners was invaluable. Theza was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process which as a first time seller was very helpful, she guided us through each step of the process. She was friendly, responsive and in touch with us regularly to give great advice.

Theza Friedman you are the BEST REALTOR one can ever ask for. I hardly write reviews but this I wanted to. We took a pause and gave the reigns to Theza. With us not being in town it was so important to get someone I can absolutely trust. She never once pushed me on anything, listened to all my inputs. Those who know me, know that I am a little perfectionist and want everything detailed and aggressively done - sitting on follow ups is not my thing. With Theza I didn’t have to send her a reminder text even once. She ran the show. She went above and beyond. Whether it was waiting out late in the evening for work to be done at the house, to checking on the house several times after the crazy stormy weather, she is the best!!! Best part is, she went out of her way and did all that on her own. I recommend her with all my heart. Absolute pleasure to work with. Trust her and believe me you will see things progress successfully. A very truthful classy lady, I wish I had known about her from the very beginning, it would have saved me a lot of frustration.

My husband and I worked with Theza Friedman to purchase our first home, and we could not be happier. Theza went above and beyond to make the experience as enjoyable as possible – not an easy feat in the middle of a pandemic, for first time homebuyers (and new parents) who did not live in the area. Not only was she very knowledgeable and professional, she was easy to work with and personable. Theza made a point of really getting to know us and understanding our needs. She was available whenever we had questions and we never doubted that the advice she gave us was the same she would give to her own family. She worked extremely hard until we found the perfect home for us. We highly recommend Theza!
