I waited a few months to write this review as my husband and I were incredibly emotional and stressed after our awful experience with Ty Allen as our buying agent. If you’re moving your young family out of state and are looking for an invested, collaborative, communicative agent, we DO NOT recommend working with Ty Allen. After we expressed disappointment in how she handled an offer on a home, Ty retaliated against us in anyway she could throughout our entire home buying process. From refusing to release us from her buyers contract to not answering our calls to leaving our questions to her admin assistant to leaving my husband out of crucial sale documents to not answering the seller’s agents emails to quite literally yelling at me on the phone when I tried to smooth things over, our experience with Ty Allen has been nothing but a nightmare. I can’t express the emotional toll this had on our family as we planned our big move out of state.

We can't thank Ty enough for her hard work and dedication. Selling our home seemed overwhelming at first, but she made the entire process pretty seamless. She took the time to understand our needs and patiently guided us through every step. She was professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable about the market. We appreciate that Ty kept us informed at every turn, and we believe that it is because of her that our home sold quickly. We highly recommend Ty Allen to anyone looking for a realtor who is not only dedicated and trustworthy, but also one who cares about their clients.

Ty was so impressive when we first met. She did a thorough analysis of the comps in our area. She was very detailed in helping us stage our home. I took all of her professional advice. I also loved her marketing strategy. She highlighted all the great places in and near our community. She made this a great experience for selling our family home. We highly recommend her. Ty is an award-winning real estate agent. I had every confidence that she would market my home and conduct all the business necessary to make the experience seemless. I had so much faith in her work that I relocated out of state prior to any contingency of sale of the home. I traveled 900 miles through a hurricane with only a for sale sign on my home and promise that everything would be fine. Ty remained in contact with me through every step of the listing, offer, inspections, disclosures, repairs, and closing. She was my man on the ground. I was starting a new life and she supported me to close a chapter. Her transparency through the process increased my trust in her profession. She was not in it just to sell a house. She was in it to make dreams come true. For me, it was the dream to have my home be the start of a wonderful life for a deserving family and not a corporation working to flip a property. She met every challenge with a solid plan. Each plan resulted in miracles. I often deferred my judgment to her saying "you, are the expert". Is there a word beyond expert? If there is it is Ty Allen for sure. Be it buying or selling a home, she is the woman for the job.
