I had the pleasure of working with Ty to purchase my first dream home. She truly does care and puts her all in everything that she does! One of the first conversations we had, she told me “I’m getting you to the closing table” and she kept her word! From start to finish, she was nothing but amazing! She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, and I always felt like a priority. As a special needs parent and first time homebuyer, Ty did a great job with listening to my wants and needs for my family. She demonstrated amazing patience and understanding of my situation through the entire process. She always went the extra mile to not only think of me but more importantly my daughter and her needs as well. At each step in the process, Ty explained everything in great detail and never made me feel out of the loop. She went out of her way NUMEROUS times to ensure every single detail was taken care of so I didn’t have to stress throughout this entire process or after I closed on my home. Ty was not just my realtor but she became my family! She’s taught me so much in such a short period of time and I will always be thankful for everything that she’s done!

Ty did an excellent job in helping with the process of buying our investment property. We were very nervous and unsure, but she assured us that she will be with us throughout out the process and was always available whenever we need to talk to her. Her expertise in the area is very remarkable which made the process less stressful for us. Her knowledge of the local rules and regulations was very impressive which made things easier for us as she was always available to answer any questions that we were faced with or anything that we were unsure about. It was long process to find a perfect property for us and Ty was very patient with us and never rushed us into making any decisions. I had a great experience working with Ty. She was prompt and knowledgeable about the local market. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her from start to finish. Ty has always been there to answer any questions that I may have had about the house I wanted. Ty went out of her way to ensure everything went well . She helped us find an inspector from helping us as well as she helped with researching potential issues with the home that we were purchasing. Ty has made the process of being a first home buyer as seamless as possible and I was so thankful to have as my realtor.
