We listed our home on Zillow as For Sale By Owner and clearly stated “no realtors please.” Just a few days later, we began receiving unsolicited texts from Rylee, a member of the "Silka Team" trying to sell herself. She acknowledged seeing our "no realtors please" and continued messaging us anyway begging for a meeting. When I asked her to stop, she responded with a sarcastic remark and made a rude, dismissive comment about our asking price. I have screenshots of the entire exchange but unfortunately have no way to attach them here. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful - exactly why we chose not to work with an agent in the first place. And after this experience, we’ll never work with Century 21.

Hands down the best home buying experience from start to finish—all thanks to Greg’s expertise. Highly recommend!!! He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the home buying/selling process. He was on top of every part of the process and was very responsive to the needs of the buyer. Greg did a phenomenal job assisting my fiance and I in our first home purchase. His knowledge of the area and facilitation of each step throughout the process were much appreciated. Rachel is simply amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive and fun! She made our home-buying experience perfect. She was there for us, day or night. She was always prepared for every situation that we encountered. We couldn't have asked for a better agent! Highly recommend!
