We couldn't have found a better real estate agent. Greg made the whole process of buying our first house as smooth as possible. I especially appreciate how knowledgeable he is about homes and the current market. It honestly felt like we were hanging out with a friend looking at houses. He looked into things we didn't think of and made sure we steered clear of potential disasters. My wife and I really appreciate everything He did for us and will certainly use his services in the future.

Greg did a fantastic job at making our home buying process as stress free as possible. Every house Greg showed us, he went through and shared his wisdom and knowledge about any concerns in the structure or future upkeep, especially being first time home buyers. He was very responsive and willing to go above our expectations to meet our needs. Any questions asked along the process were fully answered and explained. Greg was professional, trustworthy, and passionate not only about his job, but for finding us our perfect home. I 100% recommend Greg to others and will work with him in any future selling/buying endeavors.

If we coule give Greg 10 stars, we would! He made the home buying process incredibly easy and he was so patient. We looked at quite a few houses before we found the one. It didn’t matter where the house was, he was there! This first experience couldn’t have been more easy, and in the future we will absolutely ask Greg for his help again.

We listed our home on Zillow as For Sale By Owner and clearly stated “no realtors please.” Just a few days later, we began receiving unsolicited texts from Rylee, a member of the "Silka Team" trying to sell herself. She acknowledged seeing our "no realtors please" and continued messaging us anyway begging for a meeting. When I asked her to stop, she responded with a sarcastic remark and made a rude, dismissive comment about our asking price. I have screenshots of the entire exchange but unfortunately have no way to attach them here. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful - exactly why we chose not to work with an agent in the first place. And after this experience, we’ll never work with Century 21.
