My boyfriend & I are young first time homebuyers so going into this process we knew absolutely nothing and Greg Reilley has exceeded our expectations and made our experience so easy & amazing! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above & beyond for us everyday. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about all his clients and truly wants to find the perfect house for you. I had an absolute disaster on my hands with the new house purchase, and Greg was phenomenal at handling the difficult sellers/agent. He always worked in my best interest and spent countless hours negotiating on my behalf. I am so appreciative of the time and effort he spent helping to get us into our dream home. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else!

I cannot express in enough words how grateful I am to have had Greg Reilley as my Relator. My husband and I were first time home buyers, with no knowledge of what to expect from a Realtor or the home buying process. It may seem like it’s as easy as working with just any Relator, but it’s not! I had a horrible experience with a Relator who took advantage of my lack of knowledge and dropped me as a client because I wouldn’t offer on homes I didn’t love. Meeting Greg was every prayer answered. The market is intense right now, and to say that Greg is solely the reason I got my dream home is an understatement. In the 7 Months we struggled with offers being declined one after another, within a month of working with Greg he got us under contract. He’s such an understanding, caring person. He genuinely cares about you, your family, and all of your concerns/questions. I would never recommend anybody accept Greg. You can trust him to be honest and thorough while viewing homes. Greg WILL find you your dream home. Even if you feel like you are in an impossible situation and feel hopeless in this market, Greg will navigate you through the process and ultimately you will end up with the home of your dreams and no doubts that if you ever had to sell or buy in the future you would always be taken care of with Greg Reilley by your side!! Greg did an outstanding job with communicating with me, even went out of his way to let me know if anything that just popped up on the market. He was very friendly, a pleasure to work with, and had great patience with me, especially answering questions at odd times of the day. I learned a lot from his knowledge of local homes in the areas i was looking for and to watch out for. His way of simplifying the process of buying a house from start to finish really helped out seeing through the clutter and made it easier to understand what, a First Home Buyer, would be going through. I am happy with the house that i bought along with the Greg's help and knowledge. I highly recommend him for future buying. Thank you, Greg.
