Tracy was amazing! Right out the gate she heard out our unique situation, and was very quick to provide advice and guidance on where to start. This was our first home, and we were having to buy from out of state. Tracy and her team had no hesitation on showing us homes over facetime and video, and would answer our questions down to the smallest detail. We were so happy with how they were looking out for us, showing us concerns in potential houses and pointing out possible issues we would have to worry about. When we finally did find the house that met all our needs, Tracy was very quick to act on us getting an offer in and talking with the seller's agent. The process happened so quickly that before we knew it we had our offer accepted and we were hurtling towards the closing. Despite issues from our bank and some back and forth with the seller, Tracy was very professional and insanely prompt every step of the way. She'd answer questions no matter how late, and really went the extra mile. I was so confident in her, and it felt amazing to have her on our side.
