I would highly recommend using the Gerig team when looking to purchase or sell your home. In my opinion, the team aspect was better than just having one person to go to if you have questions about anything during the process. I I was constantly reached out by someone within the team with updates or things that needed to be done. Great communication . everyone knew their job and they were all on top of it. It made an overwhelming experience easy and seamless

Niki was great to work with as we purchased our first home! She was quick to help us get into homes in such a competitive market every time we texted, and was very knowledgeable about the area no matter what part of town we were looking in.
