TRACEY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH US. SHE SHOWED US MULTIPLE HOMES AND WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS. TRACEY NOT ONLY HELPED US FIND OUR HOME, BUT SHE NEGOTIATED TERMS, PRICE, AND LAST MINUTE FUNDS TO FIX DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE TO THE HOUSE. I LOVED THAT SHE WAS WILLING TO DRIVE FROM BONNE TERRE TO HILLSBORO AND WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULES.

I would definitely recommend Tracey. She made her self very available to us and was always willing to answer our questions. She walked us step by step through everything and got everything done in a very timely fashion. She will be the first realtor I call anytime I'm buying or selling.

Tracey knows the areas I am looking in very well. She is a joy to work with. Very kind, patient, down to earth and professional. Always responds to my texts, calls, e-mails quickly. Is working hard to find my forever home. I am moving from out of state and she has been very accommodating. So glad We were introduced by another friend who bought a house through Tracey.
