Mike is the best real estate agent. We instantly knew we wanted to work with him after seeing how thorough he was during a showing. He is so kind and communicative, and he makes sure you are buying a good home rather than just pushing for sales.

I worked with multiple real estate agents in the area and I will tell you that Mike Shanks is the best! I had him help me through the sell of my first home and buying my second home. For the sell of my home, he helped me get exactly what I wanted. On the purchase side, Mike showed me many homes and did not pressure me a single time to buy and was polite every time, this is a big reason why I had switch from my past realtor. Every-time Mike and I walked through a home, he would point out every detail he could find big or small which I really appreciated. Thank you to Mike for all his hard work. Also, thank you to Dustin, John, and Dustin’s mom for all their help as well.

My experience working with Mike was great, every question I had was swiftly answered. Mike was extremely helpful from the time I told him I wanted a house to the day I closed. I never felt like I was bothering him with anything even if I felt like it was a “stupid question”. Can’t thank Mike enough for making it so easy for me to find my first dream home.

Mike was great at communicating and sold our home in just a couple days after finding us a home. Our house was only on the market 2 days. He was great to work with on both buying and selling our homes.
