Real Estate Agent Tonya Lockamy is currently working with my family to seek out homes for sale in the Lakeland, Florida area. She has been so helpful and welcoming teaching us about the community, and letting us know what to expect in the real estate market at the present time. She is pleasant, works hard to find us homes to see, and I hope we can close on one soon. I am a little picky I will admit, but Tonya has been very patient and understanding. She is working hard to find us the best houses for what we are looking for.

Tonya helped me in a search for investment properties over a series of months. She was great about keeping me informed about new listings and was always quick to return calls or respond to emails. Many agents didn't want to deal with me due to the low price range I was shopping but this did not affect the level of customer service from Tonya. She is truly interested in helping her customer. I have not yet found the ideal properties but hope to very soon.

Excellent real estate agent. Really did her job very well. Was very explanatory on all of the information we needed. Except for the fact that there is no title for the property and we have to wait atleast 6 to 8 months for it to be produced. Everything else went very well.

We weren't able to buy a home together yet (due to my bank) but when I can she will be my contact. Very professional. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I put one star for negotiations because I wasn't able to review that. (And it wouldn't let me go without putting something)
