Tony is the best agent in Dana Point, let's start there. His communication skills, sincerity, and professional experience makes him stand out amongst other agents. Before hiring Tony, we had the unfortunate experience of hiring and working with agents based on their flashy persona of being "OC's Top Selling" agent with generic accolades, arrogant sales spiel, too many assistants, and shortsighted promises. After attempting to sell our home with a particular agent, we realized the repercussions of not hiring the right person for the job because of their lack of professionalism, follow through, and integrity to us, the client. I found Tony on an online community message board and saw that he was a Real Estate Agent that truly understood our neighborhood (Monarch Beach) and the City of Dana Point, as a resident himself. Tony took the time to meet with my husband and I to discuss our goals/expectations, our market concerns, and our desire to work with an agent that is trustworthy and not self-serving. Tony proved to be patient, relatable, hard-working, and resourceful! We were also impressed with his strong network within Engel & Voelkers, his agent outreach, and marketing abilities. We hired Tony within 24 hours after meeting him. It was obvious to us that Tony is of outstanding merit as a Listing & Buying Agent-- especially when you see the care he puts into each client relationship. Within a short-time frame he was able to coordinate a photoshoot, video shoot, and drone shoot-- even with my husband's complicated work-from-home schedule. Tony was available to us, for any questions, every step of the way... not like other agents that passed us on to their assistant's assistant. Long story short, Tony presented a full-asking offer to us within 2 weeks! His pricing strategy worked and his ability to communicate, with all parties, was his best skill set in making the contract/transaction process stress free, which we were so thankful for. Tony was considerate to our needs and demonstrated how Real Estate Agents should treat their clients. Tony was on top of every detail every step of the way. He went above and beyond our expectations to get our house sold, and kept us informed of happenings on an almost daily basis. He truly cares deeply about his clients.

We just completed the process of buying our office building, and had to take a moment to jump on here and say how amazing Tony is to work with. When looking for a realtor, you want to feel like you are in the right hands- and with Tony you will be. Professionalism, quick response time, and amazing follow through from beginning to end. When we buy a home in the next few years, we absolutely will be coming back to see Tony.

Incredible experience. Pictures and video were amazing. The house went up for sale midday on a Sunday. By that evening there were showings and we had three offers by Wednesday.

Tony was beyond extraordinary in selling my home. From start to finish his expertise, knowledge, guidance, patience and professionalism was beyond what anyone could ask for in a realtor. Tony sold (had a solid contract on) my home in about 3 days ABOVE my asking price. I don’t know what I ever would have done without him. Tony was a dream to work with and made the process stress free! He communicated with me at every turn throughout the process and explained everything to me.
