My daughter will be attending graduate school this fall in Chicago. We flew in to explore rental options in the area but quickly realized that we would be further ahead with the purchase of a condo that could be later rented out. Mr. Casey is a gentleman! Very professional and knowledgeable! He was introduced to my daughter Gaby and me as Gaby was looking to move to Chicago and needed an apartment! We FaceTime as he went to the apartments he thought were the best in location, price, security! As we are not from Chicago! He took ownership of finding Gaby the perfect place! Once we arrived in Chicago for moving day! Met him personally and he was even better! Such a great person! Very helpful and wonderful! I highly recommend Tom to be your realtor! He’s the very Best! Tom was helpful, enthusiastic, and determined. He is so willing to help and makes the entire process easy and stress free. He was able to answer our many questions about each neighborhood, as we weren’t super familiar with Chicago. He goes above and beyond, even helping us find parking. Very communicative and easy to reach. Definitely recommend.
