We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tina as our real estate agent not once, but twice, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Before she even became our agent, Tina was our neighbor, and her helpful nature was evident from day one, when we were moving in next door, immediately introduced herself and her kids, and made us feel welcome right away. Offering to help any way we needed moving in as our kiddo #1 was set to arrive in a couple months. This kindness continued the days/months/years to follow. Even after she moved away from us, that same reliability shone through when we decided to sell our first home amid total chaos and buy a new one about 2.5 years ago. She navigated everything with expertise, from setting a market-savvy price that got us top dollar to guiding us on the most important repairs without overwhelming us on the minor stuff. Her deep knowledge of the local market eased our minds on what to expect, and her negotiation skills ensured a smooth, on-time closing with all documents handled flawlessly. Fast forward to this year, when we were moving out of town and needed to sell our home..again.. Tina jumped right in, and we had it under contract in just two days from listing! Both sales were seamless, thanks to her fair commission rates that felt like a true partnership rather than a transaction. What sets Tina apart, though, is her character. As a combat veteran and now as a dedicated foster parent, she brings a level of integrity and compassion that’s rare. She never speaks negatively about anyone, but she’s refreshingly blunt when it counts, calming our fears without sugarcoating, and always steering us (me specifically) away from spiraling into unnecessary worry. Even though we knew her as a neighbor first, it’s clear she’d treat any client like family. She genuinely cares about making the process right for everyone involved. Tina will always be my go to Agent! She helped my family and I find a great home in fremont and was beyond helpful with us looking for a house in omaha when we were deciding to move back. She is great at staying on top of everything. She is one of the sweetest most caring women you will ever meet! She made a process that is beyond stressful, seem like a breeze! Tina is an expert at everything to do with buying and selling a home. She knows what to look for and has experience with hundreds of homes. Tina is very knowledgeable and honest, very friendly and approachable about any questions you may have, never pressures you into any decision, always is responsive to emails and phone calls, very timely with paperwork, and knows some helpful tips and tricks to beating out the competition. She is a must for your realtor!
