Tina will always be my go to Agent! She helped my family and I find a great home in fremont and was beyond helpful with us looking for a house in omaha when we were deciding to move back. She is great at staying on top of everything. She is one of the sweetest most caring women you will ever meet! She made a process that is beyond stressful, seem like a breeze! Tina is an expert at everything to do with buying and selling a home. She knows what to look for and has experience with hundreds of homes. Tina is very knowledgeable and honest, very friendly and approachable about any questions you may have, never pressures you into any decision, always is responsive to emails and phone calls, very timely with paperwork, and knows some helpful tips and tricks to beating out the competition. She is a must for your realtor!

I give Tina 5 stars! I was introduced to Tina through a friend after interviewing three other realtors who left me less than impressed. Tina was direct and friendly from the start, she is knowledgeable, timely, and organized. Tina was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation; she is very confident and comfortable with her craft. Tina provided guidance with regards to preparing our home and getting it on the market, she schedule a photographer who took amazing photos and did all this within our family’s requested timeline. She also ensured that everyone respected our home and certain hygiene requests with regards to COVID. Tina managed a biding war and sold our home for well over asking after only two days of being on the market. Beyond that, Tina also had to deal with a very aggressive and disrespectful buyer’s agent and she did so with patience and professionalism. I will soon be requesting Tina’s assistance in helping us find a home, and would recommend her to anyone!
