Tim Wolter + his team have been here for us throughout our entire transaction. From meeting with us to discuss what we could get for our home, to listing and securing the best buyers, we couldn't have had a more smooth experience. We had pictures + video on Wednesday, Listed on Thursday, open houses Saturday + Sunday, then 8 offers by Tuesday. I really cannot say enough about the entire team. Tanya came in and worked wonders with staging + made our house look the best it has ever looked. If you are looking for a realtor to help you purchase or sell your home in Ladera, Tim is a no brainer.

Tim Wolter is considered The Realtor in Ladera Ranch for a reason. As my wife commented, Tim was born to do this. It’s definitely his calling. Tim’s comps were spot on and pricing strategy on point. We executed a plan that I am confident maximized our price and other terms, while minimizing our stress. The team (Tonya, Jeff, Berto, et al) were great as well. We followed every recommendation - and every penny of investment paid off. We ended up getting multiple offers over asking - and were able to quickly sell our home to a lovely couple (with 100% of our goals met). Tim was there every step of the way.
