I highly recommend Tim and the Straub Real Estate Team to sell your house in PA. I live in Texas and was trying to sell my Dad’s house as the executor of his PA estate. The sale was complex as I had to obtain the approval of two siblings for every transaction, and had already listed the house with a “friend” realtor, ending in almost no showings and a request to just drop the price 15% or more and take the house back off the market. Tim helped us more effectively prepare the listing paperwork, brought some very cost-effective remodeling help to the dated kitchen, effectively communicated across all diverse parties, and within a month we had a qualified buyer who we closed within 30 days. Very professional and results-oriented. Highly recommended.
