Stefanie showed us a house on a Sunday afternoon when no other real estate agent would. She took the time to answer all of our questions and when she didn't have an immediate answer, she researched it and got back to us in a timely manner. We ended up purchasing the house that she showed us and we can't be more happy about the experience. If you aren't using Stefanie as your agent, then you are missing out.

I am so glad that Bedorf Prince Team reached out to me. I had no idea how to go about selling a house for an estate. They were awesome, very patient, and walked me through the whole process. Someone was in touch with me pretty much every day, letting me know what to expect, and I was thrilled with how quickly they got things done. The house sold so much faster than I ever expected. I got a call from someone in their office two days after the sale, congratulating me on the success. I felt like I was working with friends. I would not hesitate to work with them again!
