K – Knowledgeable Worker A – Accountable Y – Yes-Gets-It-Done L – Loyal E – Efficient E – Exceptional Worker N – Never-Quits Kayleen. Real Estate Agent. Fact: Homes do not buy & sell themselves. Kayleen does that. She arrives prepared. Early. Possibly before the sun. Knows the comps. Knows the zoning. Knows what that “cozy nook” is actually hiding. Clients feel safe with Kayleen. Buyers feel informed. Sellers feel victorious. Other agents feel… excitedly nervous. She does not hope for a good outcome. She expects one — and then documents it. Strengths: • Ruthless organization • Calm under pressure • Reads contracts like survival manuals • Negotiates without blinking Weaknesses: • Has none relevant to real estate Would I trust Kayleen to sell my home? Kayleen is simply OUTSTANDING. She is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely responsive and communicative, and a consummate professional. Not only did she help me find the best home for me, but she also supported me and expertly guided me through the sometimes scary moments before I got to the closing table.
