I first met Jim and immediately knew I would work with him. He was straight-forward and not pushy at all. When I decided to work with him, his team was just as great as he was. David was absolutely incredible at getting everything aligned to finish this deal. At closing I met Justin and he was just as kind and helpful as everyone else. You cannot go wrong putting your trust in this team. I would recommend them without hesitation and if I am in the market for selling a house in the future, Bedorf-Prince will be my first call!

Justin was amazing at helping me find my first home and guiding me through the home buying process. Justin is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and taught me many things through every tour we had. He was very honest about properties and what to look out for. When it came time to put in offers, he had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend this team especially Justin!

Right from the start I knew our property would be a challenge..I contacted them because they deal with homes that have Solar systems. Jim and his team were amazing from the beginning. Available at anytime to listen and answer any questions that I had. They all worked very hard to get the property sold right down to being available for Settlement. I will definitely use them if I need in the future. They are a team that work for the client.

A wonderful team. Shoutout to Justin, Paula and Dave for all their help dealing with selling of our deceased Mom's home. It was a stressful time for my brother and me and the team kept in touch all the time and guided us through the process. The photography for the sale posting was spot on and the entire team exhibited professionalism and care. Justin recommended our estate attorney and that made the process very smooth. Dave was great negotiating after the first prospective buyer had issues selling their home and Paula kept in touch always asking how we were doing.
