Justin was amazing at helping me find my first home and guiding me through the home buying process. Justin is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and taught me many things through every tour we had. He was very honest about properties and what to look out for. When it came time to put in offers, he had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend this team especially Justin!

Right from the start I knew our property would be a challenge..I contacted them because they deal with homes that have Solar systems. Jim and his team were amazing from the beginning. Available at anytime to listen and answer any questions that I had. They all worked very hard to get the property sold right down to being available for Settlement. I will definitely use them if I need in the future. They are a team that work for the client.

A wonderful team. Shoutout to Justin, Paula and Dave for all their help dealing with selling of our deceased Mom's home. It was a stressful time for my brother and me and the team kept in touch all the time and guided us through the process. The photography for the sale posting was spot on and the entire team exhibited professionalism and care. Justin recommended our estate attorney and that made the process very smooth. Dave was great negotiating after the first prospective buyer had issues selling their home and Paula kept in touch always asking how we were doing.

We were so impressed when we first met Jim, but something told us Jim would be the best person to handle the sale of our house. We can't recommend him and his team enough! I thought selling my house would be very stressful, as I didn't know how to do it. I'm so glad I turned to Jim and asked him to be my realtor. I only wish I would have had him help me with my home purchase. If we ever move again, if he is still working I will be calling him again. Of all the agents I have worked with in the past, Jim is by far the one I would recommend hands down if your looking for an agent.

Great team to work with! I just recently sold and bought a house thru them. They got a much higher price when i sold my house than i was expecting! Sold in two days. Process was very smooth. Any time i would text them or call with a question i would get an answer right away. Buying my new house went very well also. I would definitely use the Bedorf Prince Team again if i were to sell!
