Kayleen was an absolute lifesaver. As first time homebuyers we had no clue about buying a house. She always responded promptly (even when my question may have been ridiculous) and was always happy to show us a new house. She made the experience easy and walked us through the entire process.

Kayleen does that. She arrives prepared. Early. Possibly before the sun. Knows the comps. Knows the zoning. Knows what that “cozy nook” is actually hiding. Clients feel safe with Kayleen. Buyers feel informed. Sellers feel victorious. Other agents feel… excitedly nervous. She does not hope for a good outcome. She expects one — and then documents it.
