Tim was great to work with! He showed us so many houses, and was very patient and encouraging until we found The One. He was also very knowledgeable about the housing market, repair issues, housing laws, and generally a great resource for my partner and I as first time homebuyers. Tim is "top notch" in all aspects of real estate. He is ethical, honest and a person who cares about his clients. We had been through alot and Tim was patient to help us find the right home. He always represented our best interest and dosen't lie or play games. He was a A+experience. Definitely recommend.

To say Tim Schepers is a hero is an understatement. Working with Tim was truly an exceptional experience. Throughout the entire process he was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, creative, and just all around an excellent guy to spend a few months with while we searched for our home. I thought he was worth his weight in gold during the house viewing process, and then came loan finding and closing. Tim found us a bank that would give us a high 4-figure grant for closing, and THEN helped us deftly negotiate a less-than-ideal closing situation, saving us thousands in repairs. What a guy. 11/10 recommend working with him.

Tim was extremely helpful getting an inherited house that had become run down on the market and sold very quickly. The house was priced perfectly, we had over 60 showings and sold for tens of thousands above asking the price! He was able to advise my sister and I on what needed to be done before selling and even offered to help make some of the changes! He was very knowledgeable about the market and walked us through the process paying very close attention to every detail. We enjoyed working with him, he's very easy going and personable.
