I can't speak highly enough of Tim Schepers at Park Street Realty. My husband and I needed to downsize and move out of our split level home after he became disabled. It was not a move we had ever planned on, and a difficult choice to make. Tim made the experience as pleasant as possible and was determined to help us find the perfect place to start this new chapter in our lives - and we did! He was also extremely helpful with selling our old home as well, his efforts going above and beyond what I would've expected! This was a needed but difficult transition for us, and I can say with confidence it went as smoothly and as stress free as possible because of him. Thank you for helping us find our home.

Fantastic. He really showed a interest in our wellbeing and often went out of his way to help us be ready for the sale. He did a lot of things that we would normally not expect to be a part of the services he offers. I would recommend him to anyone who was asking for a real estate agent.
