Tiana was incredible to work and helped us sell our home quickly. She has an incredible team of people who helped us get our house show-ready and made it look absolutely beautiful. She is very data driven and was able to give us insights into the Knoxville market which helped alleviate all of my nerves/worries about selling our house.

Tiana is the best realtor in Knoxville. She helped us buy my dream home in Historic North Knox and is now helping us sell other property. I toured many homes before we finally found the right one for us, and Tiana never tried to sell us on the wrong fit. During the process, Tiana was always very quick to respond and provided useful information and insights during tours. She is very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods in Knoxville and home conditions. I highly recommend working with her!

Tiana was very available and showed us houses all over Knoxville. She was fast to not only find homes to look at, but also was very knowledgeable for things to look out for in homes, pointing out things like possible water intrusion or foundation concerns. On top of this, she knows the market very well and was quick to offer advice for what values were in the areas we were looking. Many times, if we did not place an offer on a house, but followed up later, the house sold pretty close to what her guess was. Will definitely work with her again if another purchase is in our future.
