Mr. Nolen did a market analysis on my home and I got that back on November 7 . I received an offer on my house one month later on December 7 , Just one month. We closed on the house on January 15 great job Thomas

Thomas Nolen sold me a beautiful piece of property over a decade ago. I lived out of town so I relied upon him to be my eyes and ears. He understood my requirements so well that I bought the property sight unseen (except pictures and his verbal description). I always advise friends to use him. In addition, I have called upon him for local information. And I love every interaction with him! He is kind. He is knowledgeable. He is efficient. He is always upbeat. I never have to worry about whose side he is on. He is able to be 100% selfless and do what is right for his customers. I highly recommend him!

Thomas Nolen is hands down the best out there! He was always super fast on contacting me back and very knowledgeable! He also has a very laid back personality that makes you feel comfortable when talking with him. He just got me and my husband in our very first home. If you are ever thinking about buying or selling land or a home he would be the first person you should go to.

Professional and knowledgeable through all aspects of the sale of our home. Might I add under contract the first week! He looked at the home prior to being ready for market and made detailed recommendations room by room which is a nice guideline for preparing a property for sale.

I remember meeting Thomas when I first moved to Virginia in 1999, driving all over Appomattox county, Thomas waving to EVERY car we passed, and finally finding the perfect forever home and then, in typical form, calling Thomas to list that home and another and so on and so on!!! I believe we've bought and sold 4 times now and wouldn't think of using any other agent!!!
