I was extremely disappointed by the level of service that Tom provided. There was virtually no communication on his part and on one occasion the back door was left swinging open. I never knew when it would be shown or received any feedback, not once, from any of the showings. For us, he was a terrible fit!

Tom was great to work with and always responded to questions/inquiries in a very timely manner. He walked us through our condo's purchase process, providing direction when requested. With his extensive local knowledge, he could recommend vendors for specific services when necessary. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking to purchase or sell real property.

Thomas was professional and market savvy. He made valuable suggestions like putting a porch couch in the Florida room removing the clutter from the shed. He priced my house so that it would sell as quickly as possible. He was considerate in showing the house while I remained in it. I would absolutely recommend him. He is far over and above other realtors.
