Meghan was amazing. She went above and beyond what most realtors will do. She was available 7 days a week. She responded quickly to my texts. She had long telephone conversations with me. She always found a solution to any problems or roadblocks we encountered. She also ran interference with anyone else involved in the process. From the Insurance company to the lenders and everyone in between. I now consider her a friend. And not just a business acquaintance.

Peter has done an outstanding job on helping me close on my house. He managed to negotiate a good bit of the closing costs and some repairs needed for the home and also bring the sale price on the house down a little. Peter is definitely the go to you'll need if you're aiming for the best deal possible.
