Betsy was amazing in helping us move from NYS to Florida!! She started working with us before we even sold our home. She has great knowledge of Bravard county and was quick to get us in homes for tours. In the end, we found our dream home and have Betsy to thank!

We met Lauren after I requested to view a few properties I was interested in. From the first introduction we felt very at ease with Lauren's approach. Lauren was very helpful introducing us to the condo's that we were interested in and explaining the pro's and con's of each. There was absolutely no pressure shown by Lauren which made us very comfortable with her. Soon after a few visits we decided we really liked one of the condo's at Vista Plantation. We were then introduced to Eric, Lauren's husband, who walked us through all of the steps to prepare an offer. After a few hours and coffee at a cafe, we were ready to put in an offer. With all the forms and paperwork required, we would have been overwhelmed. Eric provided an easy understanding of each form and why it was required and the steps involved in the offer. He was also very helpful during the negotiation period of the offer. We also got into an issue where we needed to close earlier than anticipated. Lauren and Eric worked diligently to help get us in as soon as possible. They were able to move the closing date up a week and also negotiated with the owners to allow us in earlier than the closing date by renting the condo before closing. It's hard to believe in less than a month, we viewed several condo's and found one we really liked. A short three weeks later we closed on our dream condo to enjoy in the late fall and winter seasons! All the was possible by the excellent team work Lauren and Eric provided us.

Betsy is on top of the game. You need an agent like this when you are buying the most expensive investment of your life. She knows the market and gets you the best deal. Her follow through and skills are in the top 10% out there.. I have used for numerous deals in Melbourne and Palm Bay

Betsey is the most knowledgeable real-estate agent i have encountered in a long time.. she can work magic at closing a deal,not to mention her resources and knowledge of real-estate and the financial part far surpasses the average agent.. we closed on our house 8 yrs ago, 1500 miles away. Betsey was able to handle all issues whether it was with seller or inspectors even the mortgage broker. She has now over the years worked with many of my daughters. She has found houses for them to buy or even rentals till they were ready to buy.. her connections are endless

Betsy has been our realtor in multiple purchases and sales. She is amazing. She has done an outstanding job in every transaction.
