We had a great experience selling our home with Dave and team! Their many years of experience and knowledge of the area market was super helpful. Dave is a great listener and thoroughly answered all of our many questions. I felt he was invested in understanding our goals but that he did not just tell us what we wanted to hear, but rather what we needed to hear.
