Terri was professional & very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process particularly in our unique case. My elderly mother moved out of her forever home and we needed to sell it to add to her longevity nest egg. There were many issues with the house that made traditional selling tricky. Terri was our previous landlord’s rental manager and when we were ready to break our lease and buy a home locally, she was the only agent we thought of. She was very professional, patient and funny. If you want to work with someone who’s real, honest and dependable, choose her. She was always quick to respond to emails or texts. Whether she was out of town or at crazy times during the day, she never ignored us. Even if it was just an acknowledgment and I will get back with you. Her communication is exceptional. She was so patient when we were looking and never made us feel like we were bothersome.
