We would highly recommend Terrence. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and very responsive throughout the selling process. As out of state sellers, we relied heavily on Terrence and he exceeded our expectations. When our property was hit by storm damage weeks before closing, his contacts were invaluable, the issues quickly fixed, allowing us to close as scheduled.
