Teresa was amazing helping us with the buying of our house. Three points I believe important to share: 1) She worked and guided us through all the details of taxes, cost of buying, paperwork, title company, home inspection, insurance, etc. that being first time buyers made it feel easy and with clear expectations. 2) Maybe the most important one, she got us to the price we wanted to pay. From the houses sold in the area and published for the quarter, our house had the best negotiated price. 3) We really felt Teresa was looking out for our interests and working around our decision times. We would definitely recommend her as a trusted real estate agent.
