Marquita went above and beyond our expectations as first time home buyers. She was always very quick to answer any questions we had and scheduled the required inspections in order to close in a timely manner. As military family buying from across the world we could not have asked for a better realtor to work with.

This is a Magnificent opportunity to share a rare and Crazy event that happened to my lady and I while moving to GA from Idaho during Hurricane Helen .. Alysee Clavijo a Remax agent had been my GA Realtor for 1 year … as I lived outta state and needed help locating a home … once my home in Idaho sold .. we found a home is Statesboro GA … we packed up and left for GA .. coincidentally during a scary hurricane heading towards Florida and GA … we arrived in GA 2 days after the Hurricane … the area our potential home was located was damaged everywhere … we were in a bad spot .. we had already started the purchasing process and had to change homes and location .. Alysee was in the process of having an Extremely difficult medical procedure during this intense time for everyone .. she took care of all the emails and financial issues between us and the lender as well as all follow ups .. she assigned us not one Realtor but Two .. and stayed on top of the entire process .. we found an even more lovely location to live and at a better price … after the sale finalized she gave us the most lovely card as well as an assortment of gifts and a gift card … I’ve bought 5 houses in my life and never had Realtor treat me so kind … her patience and loyalty to getting the Job done right , was beyond my expectations by a mile .. this was a very difficult time for Alysee … yet she still managed to assist us .. this Hurricane that everyone witnessed was bad it slowed up the purchasing by 30 days … we lived in our RV during this event ( I’m glad I had one to live in or it could have been worse ) Alysee was always in touch with us and assisted the other Team members till the very last second of signing the closing documents… Thank you Alysee Clavijo for being the best Realtor ever!

We were extremely stressed about having to deal with the stress that comes with buying a home. However, Fontayne took all the stressors off of our plate! She literally handled everything! I was amazed at her knowledge of every home she showed us. By far her negotiating skills can’t be taught! Thank you for everything!

Fontayne did a wonderful job for our family. Not only did she help us purchase this home, she also sold our old home. Savannah native and very knowledgeable about the area! Absolutely recommended!

Fontayne was so helpful and attentive. I couldn’t have gone through this process without her. I bought during the height of covid when everyone was getting outbid and things were selling before they even hit the market. Fontayne was on the ball with getting me listings before things hit the market and contacting those realtors for showings. The closing was seamless and we had no issues
