Tracie has been wonderful to work with. She has went above and beyond my expectations!! She help me and my son thru the whole process of buying a our new home! Shes amazing! I had an exceptional experience with Kendra Rouse and Tracie MacDonald. I was always able to speak with them when I needed to. My husband and I was briefed when any change or progress was made. This was our first time purchasing land and did not know that so much has to be done before the sale is complete. They recommended the surveyor, loan officer, soil tester etc. that we needed to make the purchasing process a success. Without their guidance and attention to detail this process would have been tedious. We will be doing business with them in the future.
