Tehl is amazing to work with. I have to give her extra credit to say that the real estate market in south Florida is extremely busy right now and I still never felt that I wasn’t important and that I was being ignored. This was a unique and challenging transaction with the sellers as well as the listing broker and she sailed through it like a champion. I strongly recommend her and will use her in future real estate transactions. She is what I would call a full service professional.

Matt and Tehl are a DREAM team - so professional, efficient, honest, hard-working, strong negotiating skills, and are WELL CONNECTED in the industry (which helps with getting the deal done!). They are both super responsive and kept me well informed throughout the deal. They both have incredible industry experience and deep knowledge about the market which was invaluable to us throughout the process. Tehl made our home buying experience easier than I imagined it could be. Having moved several times for work over the past four years I understand how complex and stressful this process can normally be, and this has been further compound by the Covid situation. When my wife and I began our home-hunting journey, we were living in Kansas and could not travel to Ft. Lauderdale at the time due to Covid restrictions. Tehl did the legwork for us, emailing us leads, visiting prospective homes, relaying our questions, and conducting video walkthroughs with us. Tehl was always contactable and communicated with us constantly through the buying process. When problems arose during the purchase phase Tehl proved herself a superb advocate for us, making sure we got what was promised up front. Tehl’s professionalism and dedication to her clients sets her apart in a highly competitive market place. I recommend Tehl to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in South Florida.
