I had the pleasure of working with Tasha Brady & she was the best, very knowledgeable of what worked in my neighborhood because I had no idea of how the process should work but Tasha went beyond the normal for me, including retrieving packages from my old address & sending them to my new one. I had a great experience working with Shepard Realty. Tanya Donathan was wonderful! She was with me through every step of the process and always was quick to help and share insight where appropriate. As a first time home-buyer the process was smooth and Tanya was integral in the process of getting everything done in a timely manner. I will be using her in the future!

Trying to buy a home in this housing market seemed like an impossible task. We went from super frustrated to closing on an incredible house that was just perfect for our family through Tammy's help! She connected us with many helpful people along the way (mortgage broker, contractors, etc.) that helped us make our house a home! She was truly a Godsend ?
