Richia found a buyer for my home and negotiated a good deal with the seller of the home I was buying all in the same week! They both closed on the same day, which was great except for the logistics of needing somewhere to move my items to vacate the home I sold ?? She thought of details we hadn’t considered to include in the selling contract. Would recommend!

Richia was great! We found her through the Zillow app and she was incredibly prompt, organized, and willing to work around our crazy schedules. We ultimately weren't ready to buy just yet, but she knew EVERYTHING about the properties we were looking at, which is a credit to her preparedness. All that aside, the part I liked most: Richia also came highly recommended through our network of friends and folks we know in the industry.

Melissa was beyond amazing, she will tell you her honest opinion on everything and let you know if a house wouldn't be a good fit for you. She points out every little thing you honestly wouldn't think to check when home buying. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any questions you may have, and she even worked late at night to help us get our home. She truly shows she loves and cares about what she does, and I will recommend her to anyone I know looking for a home. Melissa makes the home buying experience an amazing experience, and walks through the entire process with you, even after you've closed on your home she's still willing to answer and help with anything she can. She's truly the best realtor out there and we were very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her. She helped us find our dream home when it felt impossible, and we couldn't be happier.
