Marta was recommended to us by Zillow. I was a little hesitant about this at first, but Marta reached out to us right away to introduce herself and asked some basic questions. She recommended we get pre-approved which we did. We appreciated her flexibility as we were driving to Roanoke from Tennessee and could only tour houses on the weekend. She was patient with us and recommended houses after getting a feel of what we wanted. Once we found "the one", she knew the house would go fast and she helped us make an offer that same weekend we toured. She kept us updated throughout the process until the sellers accepted our offer and beyond. This was my first time buying a house. Melissa was able to walk me through so much of the process, including recommending properties that fit the description I was looking for, helping me to know what features were expected for certain house prices, meeting me for showings, directing me in what to look for during showings, and guiding me through the buying process once I had placed an offer.
