Having Richia as an agent when we were looking for another house has been a blessing in a myriad of ways. We wanted someone who would listen to our needs and that had a keen eye when viewing houses. It was evident from the start that she maintains expertise in the housing market. We were incredibly impressed by Richia’s exceptional market knowledge throughout this home-buying process. This aided us in making informed decisions at every stage. We (my wife, son & I) truly felt we had the best realtor guiding us through the process which for us was very trying. Yet, she made this process smooth and stress-free. She was prompt in getting back with us whenever we had a question or concern. I don't think she sleeps and is always working on contracts for her clients. I started this process very incredulously and untrusting to say the least. Our last realtor was shady and did some unscrupulous things along with the home inspector we used. However, Richia was open and honest with her communication. She attentively listened to the struggles that we had endured and assured us that with her, we would have a better outcome. Unlike many other agents, she showed that she cared about our unique situation. She evinced to us that we were more than another transaction but clients she wanted to help get into a house that we could make into a home. She displayed a level of dedication that is rare in this industry. She was dedicated to our needs from our initial meeting, throughout the numerous showings, and up to closing offering guidance and reassurance to each of us. Her personalized care and commitment to our interests ensured that we would get a house to meet all 3 of our needs. In viewing homes, she maintained a keen level of discernment and a keen eye to detail by assessing issues that existed in the house that we may have overlooked. She has the ability to effectively negotiate and navigate unexpected issues, which made her even more invaluable throughout this home buying process. She also maintains a list of contractors in whom she trusts and uses whenever a problem arises that needs to be addressed. She effectively negotiated with the seller to have the necessary repairs undertaken before purchase and assured that the repairs were up to par before we moved in. Without skepticism, we recommend Richia to anyone who endeavors to get an agent who is professional, who actually cares and listens, and who is trustworthy. Our son Ryan asked if she is more like a friend to us. We now can say that she has become a trustworthy, caring and compassionate friend. We thank her for being there for us and gaining our trust and confidence. So, we highly recommend her if you want an agent who has exceptional market knowledge, great negotiating skills, and who provides personalized service and professionalism throughout the entire process. When it's time for us to venture onward to our next adventure, she will be the one we call.
