I would give Tami 10 stars if they were available she was that great ?? I live in Chicago and the process was by email mostly she made me feel like we were face to face!! I received an offer and closed in a DAY??

I was helping a family member sell property from out of state and had been hitting roadblocks with personal references. On a whim, I contacted Tami based on her reviews here on Google with respect to out of state transactions. I should have called Tami first. The time from my initial contact with Tami to depositing the check from the title company was less than two months. At each step along the way, Tami "virtually" held my hand along with my family member’s answering all our questions in plain language that was easy to understand. Tami’s knowledge of the market, pricing strategy, negotiation skills, and interpersonal adeptness made this transaction a breeze. Thank you Tami for all that you’ve done!

I needed to sell my father's house so that he could move into an Assisted Living Facility...We contacted Tami a year before he wanted to move and she was wonderful with him...always talking to him...He finally agreed to move so I reached out again to Tami who remembered my father..She came back to his house with all the paperwork for him to sign...She was very helpful since I live an hour away from his house..If anything needed to be fix (new roof and electrical) Tami was able to advise me with different businesses to choose from to help and if anything needed to be looked at the house she was able to go for me...She was very helpful when we did receive offers on house if she felt things should be done differently than what the other agents where asking for...The whole time Tami always asked how my father was doing and was very happy to see him at the closing....Tami is the greatest realtor I have had the pleasure of using and will always recommend for to anyone need to sell their house...

Tami is the best. I was a long distance buyer, this was my first house, and I was picky about certain things I wanted in a house and property. Tami answered every question I had with no issue and always responded to calls/texts as quickly as possible. She went above and beyond every step of the way and even after closing. I would highly recommend working with Tami and her team to anyone.
