I highly recommend Susan McMullen to anyone in need of an agent. She showed genuine care throughout the entire process of finding an appropriate tenant for my rental apartment. Her dedication, professionalism and expertise put me at ease knowing that the applicants were screened and suited for the basement apartment located in my home. Her friendly approach made my rental experience enjoyable and I will definitely use her service again.

All I can say is that I'm happy I found Susan. It was a better experience from my previous realtor. Susan knows her stuff and she really cares about her clients. I was in good hands and she helped me find my home!

Susan helped me purchase my first home. She made the experience so seamless. She really listened to me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the market in the area is boundless, and I felt that I was working with a true expert. Most importantly, I felt very little pressure, and Susan made what would typically be a very stressful experience, an extremely enjoyable one. She was always available to talk, no matter what time of day, and I am not sure if I would have been able to do it without her. I highly, highly recommend Susan!
