Wow, Mike was amazing from day one. My colleague had recommended him but I was reluctant because I was working with another realtor at the time, but once my wife and I met him we knew he was the one for us. Super patient, super knowledgeable, not pushy, always available and attentive. Do now waste your time, please go with Michael Canter. He helped us secure our dream home in less than 2 months

My husband and I were looking for a home for 3 years. We went through about 6 realtors, none of which would actually help us look for the home. We were just added to an automatic email listing. We were really needing a home so I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations for a realtor who would actually reach out to us and help us find a house. Thankfully, I was recommended to Michael. I called him and didn’t want to try anyone else after we spoke. We are so grateful and thankful for Michael. He was always there to answer my calls or texts and would make sure we saw a listing without missing it. He was always honest and never pressured us into buying a home we did not love. Michael really put a lot of work in for us and found us a home after 3 months of working with him what no other realtor could do in 3 years.
