Chris and his team helped sell our home in Royal Palm Beach. They were absolutely wonderful through the entire process. It was a difficult situation for my husband and I, as I took a job further north and relocated with my family and he was still down south in the house with our pets. We were not able to do traditional showings and had to do open houses with my husband’s work schedule. Chris and his team worked with us and made it happen. Their communication was impeccable. They put us at ease through everything. We cannot thank them enough for making this process as smooth as possible. I am so glad I found Sue to help me sell my house and purchase a smaller condo for my parents earlier this year. I knew right when I spoke to her that she was the Realtor for us. I live out of state and I knew this would be a stressful process bc of the distance and for my parents to handle on their own. Sue was so supportive during the entire time we worked together. She took the time to help my parents prepare for open house, told us what to do to get the house ready to sell and we got multiple offers that first weekend it was listed! We were able to find my parents something they liked and we closed within a few days of each other. I would recommend Sue to anyone looking for a realtor!!

Having dealt with both Chris and Sue, I can honestly say that the entire experience of buying my first place, a process I had some trepidation about, couldn't have been easier and gone more smoothly. Their combined experience and high level of professional helped enormously to calm any concerns I had. They were both super knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and were always extremely responsive to any questions/concerns I had and the same can be said about their staff. I would absolutely and highly recommend Chris and Sue to anyone I know who is looking for a caring, professional team of realtors.

Amazing experience selling our home with Chris and Sue. Extremely professional and the streamlined, organized listing process they use made selling our home a breeze - sold on day 2! Wouldn’t use anyone else to buy or sell in the future!
