Brandon is a brilliant Realtor, he knows pretty much everything, other realtors know just a portion of the business, not Brandon, he knows every single aspect of the business. I sold 4 houses with him and bought 1 house with him. He always gave me the best advices and I trusted him dearly. He was very helpful when I needed to do a 1031 exchange. I highly recommend Brandon Niemela, I don't see my self working with another realtor.

This is the second home I sell with Brandon Niemela. I got his name from a Facebook page recommendation. The first home was sold in 1 month, the 2nd home (sept 2022) was literally sold in a week. What he does, is he stages the house for the photo sessions, then he takes excellent pictures at a great angles, this year he added a video which was also a plus, his descriptions of the house are also very well written so when the prospective buyer sees the listing, they get immediately interested because the quality of the listing. Then his negotiation skills are superb, and his knowledge of the real estate business and all the ins and outs is unparallel. He treats everybody with a high level of kindness and respect I am actually selling 3 investments houses and buying 3 more investment houses and I will use Brandon Niemela's service again, there is no way I will trust anyone else.
