I listed my home with Susan after two other agents' listings expired, and it was sold in six months. It is an expensive and unique property, and we knew that the market would be limited for the house. Susan's local knowledge about contractors, well and septic inspectors, and other professionals was critical in closing the deal. She showed professionalism, intelligence and empathy throughout the process, and was able to pull the deal together when I thought it would not be possible. I would highly recommend!

I have purchased many homes for investment and personal use. Susan is one of the best real estate professionals I have ever met. She will work as hard as she can to find you what you want. She found me exactly what I was looking for and I bought the only property we looked at. She was great in the negotiations and I can't imagine anyone in Susan's area of Virginia who knows the market as well as Susan. She is completely detail oriented yet very perceptive in her judgement of the needs of both buyer and seller. This deal would not have worked without Susan!
