Our experience working with Steve was fantastic! He was responsive, professional, and insightful without ever being pushy. We didn't use a real estate agent in our first home purchase 11 years ago, but shopping in the more competitive Austin market it felt more important to work with a realtor. Steve was patient with our year-long search and never hesitated to meet us to see a property or even just to talk over the phone at length about pros and cons to consider as we slowly made progress towards our eventual choice. Steve was instrumental in connecting us to a network of equally helpful real estate professionals including a home inspector, mortgage broker, and title company that all worked so well together to make our entire process smooth and easy from start to finish. Overall, Steve was extremely competent, warm and personable, and genuinely interested in us as people, and not simply as part of a transaction. I couldn't recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for someone experienced and savvy to guide them through a first purchase in the Austin market.

I would like to give a huge Shoutout to Steve Tekata! Shopping for a home can be fun and stressful all in the same breath but working with Steve eliminated the stress. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and was very patient we us.He was never pushy trying to talk us into a purchase that wasn’t a good fit. He made himself available to see whatever interested us. He genuinely cares about his clients and can be trusted. You won’t go wrong with selecting him as your realtor.
