After searching the internet for local realtor recommendations, we came across Steve Gardner. Upon meeting with him, we knew instantly that he was the realtor for us. Steve is very professional, knowledgable, friendly, confident, quick to respond to all texts, call, and emails, and even offered to help me do a last minute complete basement furniture rearranging to make staging the house look better. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We highly recommend him!

Steve was recommended to me and I cannot recommend him enough for others. He is intelligent, proactive, and an excellent communicator. He went above and beyond to make our first time home purchase an easy, non-stressful, and enjoyable experience. He was also very personable, genuinely friendly, and we truly enjoyed working with him. We could not have asked for a better experience and we are very appreciative of and thankful for Steve!

I can't say enough good things about Steve. He is an all around great guy. He is very trustworthy and is not just looking to get you to buy the most expensive house out there. He cares about getting you in the right property for you. He would always do his best to get me in a property last min. I would highly recommend steve! Next time I am in the market I will defiantly use him!
