Cheryl was one of three realtors we interviewed to help us sell our house. She was easily the best prepared and we are so glad we picked her. She hit the price right on the mark and guided us through the process. Selling a home is a super stressful process and Cheryl was always there to support us. We highly recommend her. It was great working with Cheryl. I am not easy, and drug her through a bunch of less than desirable places. She always took it with a smile, and gave sound advice. Months of looking and found a place. No complaints only praise. She even handled my off color jokes, commentary, and at times frustration with zen like ease. A pleasure, and recommend.

Cheryl was absolutely great. Selling my Mother's home after she passed was a very emotional experience. Working with Cheryl made it a whole lot easier as I felt I didn't have to worry as much. She was so knowledgeable of the process and communicated every detail with me. I would definitely recommend Cheryl. And, her kindness in general really made the process so much better for me personally.

Cheryl did an awesome job helping me to find my new home. After a couple of setbacks that came up in the home buying journey, she encouraged and continued to suggest homes to look at until finding the home that I ended up purchasing. All of her recommendations and advice were spot on, and she promptly answered any questions that I had. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
