My husband and I highly recommend Elyse McDaniel for buying/selling a home. We found Elyse through the Dave Ramsey website. We had a previous difficult out-of-state experience when selling our home; we were nervous about moving forward with the home buying process. Elyse was attentive, listened to our concerns and what we were hoping to find, and worked under a specific timeline. She was patient, kind, and took time to explain the entire process. Elyse was very proactive in researching several options. She was an advocate for us in the negotiating process and during home inspection. She knows the high country very well and knows several resources to help buyers and sellers achieve their vision.

Stephen has helped me buy two homes in six years and I can’t say enough about how responsive he is, and what a good negotiator he is. He negotiated a contract well below asking price, then he recommended great contractors to provide needed services at the house.
