Stephen was just great! He was the only realtor I interviewed that correctly valued my home. Every other realtor I spoke with wanted to list at a much lower price even though I had an appraisal already that was much higher then they wanted to list. We had a full price offer the first day it listed and it closed without an issue. Stephen was on top of everything. I cannot thank him enough.
