We can't say enough kind things about our experience working with Nikki, Molly, and the Team. Nikki's breadth of knowledge was evident at every step and she was so thoughtful throughout the entire process, both selling and buying. My wife and I can't recommend Nikki and the Rezvani property group highly enough!

Well, what can I say?!!! First of all, I don't typically leave reviews for anyone. However my wife and I felt this review was truly warranted, so here we go... What an amazing experience working with Ruth Walker and her team! From the minute we met Ruth over an initial phone call fielding us as a potential buyer/client, Ruth made us feel like family right from the start and truly listened to our property wish list and worked really hard to make sure we were getting everything we wanted and then some. Ruth's local area knowledge about the due diligence process was definitely something that made us feel like she was on our team and playing the team captain role leading the way to make sure we examined all of our options and potential unforeseen conditions that an undeveloped property could possibly present to us. The whole Keller Williams - Rezvani Property Group team made us feel so welcomed and important with open lines of constant communication and complete transparency throughout the entire property acquisition period regarding scheduling all of the property visits, guidance through the due diligence period and finally preparing for closing. Paige from the team did an amazing job helping us find and secure our next project. She was organized and coordinated with all parties involved to ensure we closed on time. She also helped us negotiate with the seller to ensure that both parties felt like they were walking from the deal satisfied. Highly recommend and will be certainly coming back to this team in the future.

Nikki helped me buy my first house over 5 years ago before the market went crazy here in the mountains and of course I contacted her again to help us buy a new house this year. She was patient with us while we took time to find something in our budget and with the right characteristics. We're so fortunate to have found the place we did and that we had Nikki so quickly jump on the opportunity for us. Likewise with my first experience, she was super knowledgable and got us an awesome deal with her negotiating skills. Her team was equally helpful, organized, and available when we needed anything. I wouldn't go to anyone else in the high country. Besides being amazing at what she does, always going above and beyond, she is simply a great person who I always feel I can reach out to with questions without feeling burdensome (even though I know she's busy!), and who I always enjoy catching up with as she knows so much about the goings-on in the area. Ruth was outstanding in helping us purchase our first mountain house. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and great communicator. Made all aspects of the process very easy. It was great working with her!!
