What a wonderful experience we had with our realtor Paige Pennington. We chose her because the minute we met we felt like she was personable, knowledgeable and asked questions so that she knew what we were looking for and what our goals were. Whenever we had an obstacle (and there were a few) she reassured us and encouraged us and helped with advice on what we needed to do. She was in contact with our agency that was selling our home to provide communication and ensure we were all on the same page. Her dedication from beginning to end was wonderful! I just can’t say what a great experience we had and the work that Paige did for us was just phenomenal! I would highly recommend anyone buying and/or selling to contact Paige! Thanks to her and everyone in her team she made our dream come true and we could not be happier!

Working with Paige was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Ruth was outstanding from start to finish. Ruth helped us purchase our cabin in Newland, NC, and she was a great realtor. She knows the area incredibly well, was always responsive, and helped with the entire process as we were buying in NC while living in FL. She went above and beyond at every step, giving honest, thoughtful feedback and genuinely had our best interests in mind the entire time.
