Helping someone move out of their long term home, from 2 hours away, is never easy. The process took about 2 years. Paige was amazing, kind, and patient, and gave us lots of insight from the start. After Helene we sped the process up as much as we could. She recommended roofers & cleaners, and both worked out great. As much as I hated reaching out and asking for help, because it was often, she always replied and offered whatever help she could. They went above and beyond and we are very grateful.

We found Nikki through a referral from Joe Coon, a realtor we had worked with us before and who is also a KW agent. He highly recommended Nikki, describing her as honest, sincere, and very professional. I took his advice and called Nikki from Houston, where I recently sold my home. From the moment we spoke, Nikki’s pleasant and professional demeanor put us at ease. She immediately got to work, sending us listings, including one that caught our attention. This property was in a somewhat rural location, making it difficult to reach. Since we were in Houston at the time, Nikki traveled to the property herself. She took numerous photos and videos, along with audio descriptions of each room and the outdoor area, and sent them to my wife and me. Nikki’s proactive approach and accommodating nature were highly valued. She was effective in communicating with us and through the Listing Agent, answering all our questions regarding the property. She also made several more trips to the property to speak with the owners and the Listing Agent on our behalf regarding any concerns we had after the home inspection. Thanks to Nikki’s hard work, we were able to negotiate a very fair price for both me and the seller. After the sale was completed, she continued to provide us with all the necessary documentation to complete the contract and facilitate the sale. Throughout the entire process, Nikki was always available to address any questions we had. In closing, my wife and I would like to express our gratitude for Nikki’s assistance in helping us find the home we truly wanted. We would highly recommend her to anyone in Boone, NC, or the Houston area who might be interested in relocating to northeastern North Carolina.

Having Ruth on our side during this home buying process was such a blessing! She knows the High Country very well and helped us narrow down our search with her knowledge and practicality. Ruth got up extra early to visit a property with us one Sunday morning. She went above and beyond to help us find our home and we are forever grateful to her! Great job Ruth!!

My wife and I started thinking about moving over a year ago. We did not have a realtor, so when we clicked the "Request a Tour" button on Zillow, we didn't know what to expect. Paige reached out to me very promptly and offered to show us the house. We didn't end up buying that house, but every few months when a house caught our eye, we would reach out to Paige and she would happily tour it with us. Eventually, we did find our dream home and were able to quickly tour the house (Paige responds quickly and works hard to show you homes quickly if the house is in danger of moving rapidly). I believe we texted her to view the house on a Wednesday evening, we saw it that Saturday, and made an offer that Sunday. Paige is easy to communicate with and working with her made the process fun and easy. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you are considering purchasing a home!

Ruth Walker is amazing - she's not your typical realtor that tells you what you want to hear about a home to make the sale and get commission. She's honest, patient, and has your best interests in mind. She's also knowledgeable, responds quickly, and goes above and beyond to make things happen. She helped me find the perfect home and negotiated a great price on top of it...I couldn't be happier. Go with Ruth, she's the best!
