Undertaking buying a brand new house and selling an older “fixer” upper house at the same time was a huge challenge in front of us. Stephanie was AMAZING! It took a while because of the crazy housing market but she was able to help me find the perfect home. I would recommend her to anyone in NOVA thinking of buying or selling a home. She was able to negotiate 30k under asking price. There isn’t another agent in Northern Virginia I would use!
