Undertaking buying a brand new house and selling an older “fixer” upper house at the same time was a huge challenge in front of us. And it was a undertaking that would not have been accomplished without Stephanie Hiner. There is no one better to have on your team. Her extensive knowledge and insight became invaluable to us throughout the entire process of both homes. Stephanie was responsive, honest, and always helpful with every email, call, and meeting. Stephanie never gives up, always delivers, and has an amazing work ethic. We are so grateful to be her lifelong clients and truly hope to work together again.

Stephanie was AMAZING! It took a while because of the crazy housing market but she was able to help me find the perfect home. I would recommend her to anyone in NOVA thinking of buying or selling a home. She was able to negotiate 30k under asking price. There isn’t another agent in Northern Virginia I would use!

She's very punctual, professional and sweet! She was always available whenever needed and coordinated the whole process! We ran into a snag on closing day with the lender, but she made it happen! Thank you!

My wife and I had a month, we gave Stephanie a truncated timeline and very little in person interaction (covids fault) and said make it work. Well, she came through tenfold! Not only did she give us options when all our online "research" feel through, she was also savvy enough to work with the other realtors in the area to provide us a way forward. She was completely professional with who she needed to be and personal with us. If she's not number 1 in this area, she da*n well better be. Thanks to her and her tireless work ethic, my wife and I have a place to call home with our new geographic change. If this doesn't convince you to hire her, you need to give her a chance to convince you she's the best on her own then!
