Stephanie is one hard working woman! She came out about a year prior to us listing and gave us a list of all the things we should do to get top dollar if we ever decided to sell. Well we did them and she did not disappoint. She not only brought us top dollar, but we received $7000 over asking and she saw us all the way through to the finish line. She worked until past 9pm getting the contract done for us and didn't stop negotiating until she got what she believed our property was worth in this market. House went on the market Friday, she showed our home all weekend and by Tuesday we had not one but 6 offers....most over ask and multiple all cash buyers.
