We just closed on our first home last month. Katie came recommended and now we see why. Katie is knowledgeable and helpful in every way! She's very prompt to respond to your inquiries and can answer seemingly most, if not all questions you might have. She's always calm, friendly and approachable. Which I really valued. Katie also had plenty of resources she trusts you can utilize if you need the assistance. Such as who to call for inspections and the like. She is also flexible with her schedule. Katie did an outstanding job providing our family with clear options while selling our property in Fort White, FL.
