Katie was great to work with as I bought my new home! She was helpful and pointing me in the right direction for areas to consider as I am new to the area, VERY responsive and of great importance, on top of all the details - taking care of things when she could and reminding me of what I needed to do when she couldn’t do things for me. Just a pleasure to work with! I’d highly recommend Katie for buying (or selling) a home!

What a delight to work with such a professional realtor. She knows her business and is always available to answer questions and concerns. She helped with the staging of the house and the pictures came out like Better Homes and Gardens. Thank you for presenting our house is such a manner. She is a delight to work with and is super responsive. I highly recommend her for all your realty needs.

Katie was very professional, timely and overall a pleasure to work with. We had an older home to sell with several setbacks, and she handled each one perfectly! She dealt with individual contractors to get jobs finished in order to sell the house. With three people selling this house together, she was great at communicating with each of us separately and making sure everyone was in the loop. Would highly recommend using her for all your relator needs and more!

Katie was an absolute delight to work with! I work so much and have limited time to deal with a lot of the issues that can come with selling a house. Katie was so understanding and was always available when I called her. Whenever there was any issue I could count on 2 things. 1: Katie will be in contact with me as soon as possible and will make sure I have a full understanding of the situation. 2: Katie will have multiple solutions lined up to resolve the issue. I cannot express how impressed my family was with her. If you are looking for a realtor that you can trust to get the job done correctly and with as little stress possible, then you can stop searching because you found her. Katie Garrett is THE BEST!
