Heather is absolutely wonderful to work with, she will work for both parties if both are using her, and do what’s best for both. In my search for a home I had meet many realtors. Most I hardly cared for, but Heather did what had to be done, she wasn’t just the person with the key getting a check in the end. But the person that would make something work if possible and if not already had other properties in mine as backups!

I had been searching for the " perfect home " for my family for over 2 years. We came to find Heather by accident and she turned out to be a fantastic asset in our search. Excellent communication, never waiting around on her to return calls. I definitely recommend her as your realtor !

Best Realtor in town! My husband and I were very eager to move out of the central Florida area, and into a more quiet country setting environment such as Lake City. Due to business travels Realtors would not take us seriously, basically if we were not in town then we did not want to purchase a home. After literally going through dozens of " Realtors" we finally meet Mrs Heather. Heather focused, analyzed, understood, and handled our needs in a professional manner. My husband and I TRUST Mrs Heather with our eyes close and appreciate what she has done for us in the past and what she can do for us God willing in the future. Thank You for everything God Bless

We lived in New Mexico and wanted to buy a permanent home in Florida. We weren't sure where we wanted to live at first but Heather was the only Realtor who was willing to take the time to help not only find a home but find us financing after our first lender ran off and took all of our files with her. It was mostly because of Heather being so nice that we chose Lake City. Heather showed the house with pictures and we were pleasantly surprised that the pix didn't do it justice. Thank you Heather for all you did for us.
