Heather Grace has been a Florida Realtor since 2006. She has lived in the North Florida area for over 16 yrs with her 3 beautiful children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. She has also lived in South Florida, Ft. Lauderdale area, for over 20 years and grew up in Houston, TX where she graduated from High School. The reason Heather chose the real estate profession as a career is that she enjoys meeting so many wonderful people and making new friendships every day. Each person's needs and desires are very different plus, have very different lifestyles and finances. That's what makes selling real estate fun, exciting and challenging. It is very important to listen to each detail in order to match each client to the perfect home and also very important to know how to market each investment wisely.
