Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Stefanie Prettyman, I am an active agent with Keller Williams Princeton Realty. Real Estate has always been second nature to me, as my family owned a real estate company for 60 years. As the lucky daughter of the Broker-Owner, I had the advantage of typing contracts, offers, and listings on the typewriter starting at age 5. My long term involvement in the real estate business lends to my understanding and knowledge to the industry. Over the years as a real estate agent, I have involved myself with residential sales, rentals, short-sales, farm land, commercial, and investment in the Mercer-Hunterdon County Area. I have a wide range of expertise offering a wealth of information to my clients. Along with my strong Real Estate background, I am also a certified Tax Assessor, and Public Notary. My certification lends well to assisting clients with valuation, tax appeals, farmland and chapter 91 applications, and property tax forms such as deduction and exemption applications. I've acquired my public notary certification to assist clients through the closing process. I pride myself on going above and beyond to gain any education background to further assist my clients.
