Real Estate has always been second nature to me, as my family owned a real estate company for 60 years. As the lucky daughter of the Broker-Owner, I had the advantage of typing contracts, offers, and listings on the typewriter starting at age 5. My husband and I were looking for an apartment in Bergen county to start our little family in. Stephanie was extremely insightful when it came to being a first time parent, sharing her experiences about what she found necessary and unnecessary in a place and really helped us narrow down our choices till found the perfect spot. Although there was no budging on the price of rent, Stephanie worked hard to get the landlord to let us extend the move in date so that we didn’t have to pay for more than one apartment at a time. It saved us a fortune!

Stephanie did an outstanding job. She went Over and Above all situations that came her way to make our experience an unforgettable a1 million percent a GREAT RELATIONSHIP with a realtor. Other realtors we had dealt with previously were not as responsive to our individual needs for selling and purchasing a new home. If you are in the market to Buy or Sell your home --- I wouldn't look or interview anyone else--- Stephanie will do everything in conversations that you, as the client understand unlike other realtors that just want a quick commission. Stephanie is A1 in my opinion and you should definitely consider using her expertise!!!

Stephanie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and timely with everything we could have asked for in a home! Not only did she help us buy our home we love- but sold our previous home within 1-2 weeks as fast as we could believe at a price we wanted! She is prompt, and her team has experience and she made the whole home buying process easier and explained it very well along the way. My wife and I are very thankful!
